- Bagna Càuda e Crudité Warm Piedmontese anchovy and garlic dipping sauce with seasonal raw vegetables. The pot goes in the middle. Everyone pulls in.
- Broccolo Croccante alla Cesare (V) Oven-roasted broccoli in a creamy Caesar dressing of Dijon, garlic, Parmigiano, lemon and Worcestershire, finished with toasted panko garlic crumbs.

- Vinegar-Glazed Bucatini all'Amatriciana Crispy guanciale with red wine vinegar, tomatoes, black pepper and pecorino. Order this if you like guanciale and more umami.
- Mafalde alla Ricotta e Agrumi (V) Ribbon pasta in whipped ricotta with lemon and orange zest, finished with Parmigiano and black pepper.
